The chart in Teal Street is provided by TradingView and displays data from the selected exchange. In the future, Teal Street will integrate the exchange chart directly. Until then you cannot change order prices by clicking on the chart.

You can adjust the chart like most others commonly used for trading crypto, stocks, etc.
